You referring doctor will supply you with a referral letter and include all special investigations. He will ask you to make an appointment at my rooms and send through all relevant documents. This should be sent to drventer@urospes.co.za. My PA will reply to the e-mail and make an appointment.
At the time of your appointment more special investigations might be requested, so I suggest that you spend a night or two in Pretoria at one of the local guesthouses in the area.
