NETCAREPRE-ADMISSION REGISTRATION.
If you are booked for surgery at any of the Netcare Hospitals, you will need to complete a pre-admission form. These forms can be found at the reception of any of the Netcare Hospitals as well as at Dr Johan Venter’s rooms. Netcare also provides the opportunity to do the pre-admission online. If you choose to do so, please submit these forms at least 48 hours prior to your admission.
